I know the coolest things you can buy at a military surplus store because it's the most affordable place near my home to go clothes shopping. So, I spend plenty of time chatting with the employees and some of the military vets who hang out around there. They're always telling me what I need to get, and since I'm always trying to impress my son Jarret and we regularly go camping, I ended up buying one of the best tactical wallets around. It wasn't an easy choice because there were so many wallets in the running! But, being one of the best everyday tactical essentials, I had to get my hands on one.

The vets told me that with the Dango tactical wallet, I could become an American hero. I told them it'd be enough to be a hero to my son. If a wallet can do that, then it'd be one of the best tactical wallets for sure! Then we all bonded over how there's nothing more important than being a hero to your son.

I hope to bond that way with Jarret real soon, maybe over how cool this wallet is! It's basically indestructible because it's made from aerospace-approved aluminum and high-grade leather. That means I could survive being shot in the heart so long as this wallet was in a left-side chest pocket. Plus, it's also a multi tool, which means that I can use it to pop cut the seat belt off Jarret if we're ever both trapped in our car as it sinks beneath the water. I've given a lot of thought to how I'd save Jarret in that situation! This also makes a great gift for veterans they'll actually love.

This wallet is a killer. Literally. What makes it one of the best tactical wallets is that it has a 1.75-inch blade in it and you can insert your thumb into a serrated hole to hold it even more firmly. This combat wallet is perfect for those nights when you're walking to your car in a particularly dark street or parking lot and want to feel like you could fight off an attacker. It's also perfect for if you get kidnapped and you need to cut the ropes around your wrists.

This is one of the best tactical wallets because it holds 3 to 14 cards using MIL-SPEC paracord, so you're keeping your cash secure like a regular Cliffhanger or Diehard. "And if you use your own paracord it can hold even more cards!" That's what one of the vets told me, and then we all laughed when I said, "Finally, a use for all my paracord!" The wallet also comes with a lifetime warranty even though it's made out of heat resistant elastic. That means if they pull you from a fire they can identify you by your teeth and your wallet.

This is one of the best tactical wallets because it can help you build a fire, one of the indispensable leaps humankind made in its trek to becoming an apex predator. And this wall will help you be an apex predator too because it comes with a screwdriver, ruler, wrench, and even a bottle opener. Truly a multi tool wallet! Sometimes an apex predator just wants to crack open a beer and relax. It would really impress Jarret if I opened one of the supervised beers I let him have with this wallet!

This wallet is aircraft grade aluminum. So if someone asks, "Why don't they just make the whole plane out of the wallet?" You can say, "They do, that's why it's one of the best tactical wallets." And then pay for your meal using one of the six cards that this air ready money clip can hold while your waiter picks their jaw off the floor (because they've been TKOed by your witty wallet joke).

"Come with me if you want to protect your cash!" This wallet is so futuristic Ahnold's bringing it into the past with him to protect John Connor from killer bots and electronic pickpocketing. That's because this wallet comes with RFID blocking, a technology that protects your credit cards from a form of credit card fraud known as RFID skimming. RFID skimming can result in smart cards getting read and duplicated. And while standard issue cards are now encrypted, not everyone has a standard-issue card. This wallet also has a solar-powered tracker on it so that you never lose it and has a button-activated card dispenser. One of the best tactical wallets for sure!

Hope floats and so does this EZGO wallet. This easy to clean, 100% recyclable, and made in the USA wallet can hold 8 cards and 15 bills. EZGO lets you go hard in the water, making it one of the best tactical wallets for beach trips or rafting down the Colorado River. And people will ask you about your rafting trips if they see this wallet, even if you haven't been on one.

No, this wallet isn't made out of ground up firefighters! But it is made out of used fire hose and old military boots. It's bound so tight by T-90 nylon thread that you can beat it with 15 pounds of whatever you want and it'll still be fine. Waterproof and fireproof, this wallet is tougher than you are, making it one of the best tactical wallets around.

No, not Rothko the abstract expressionist known for his commitment to using large blocks of color to evoke emotional states! Rothco, the manufacturer of military and tactical gear! This wallet is basically a backpack for your cash and cards. It holds writing implements, your keys, and even your phone. It's one of the best tactical wallets for outdoor adventures!

This is one of the best tactical wallets because it looks like it's dressed to walk the red carpet at the Oscars. Carbon fiber, texalium, and titanium make this an extra durable wallet; and RFID protection makes it extra safe for your smart cards. Whip this thing out to make a payment and suddenly people are going to be calling you, "sir," and, "Mam." Jarret would be really impressed if people showed that sort of deference to me!
